Todos los items tienen relacion directa o indirecta con la lucha contra la pobreza. Pienso si no se deberian presentar los "items" en un modo estrategico (todos van a generar quilombo..) con el fin de lograr el objetivo final: la lucha contra la pobreza (justicia social..). El modo que se llevo la ley de medios con los foros me parece que deberia volver a ser usado. Suma en todo sentido. Tambien hay que pensar que si bien en el nuevo congreso no hay mayoria, la oposicion es tan patetica que va a haber temas que los pueden llegar a superar quedando ridiculos como el otro dia en diputados.

A mi me parece que habría que hacer un paquete, cuyo fin expresado frente al colectivo social, sea el de la lucha contra la inseguridad. Es decir, la etiqueta del debate debería ser esa. Un pack que incluya: la sanción de una nueva ley de entidades financieras, prefinjando que lo recaudado será destinado a financiar un plan contra el hambre; o mejor: Un ingreso universal a la niñez.
Luego, una reforma "progre" a las leyes penales, siguiendo lo propuesto por Zaffaroni, por ejemplo. Todo ello, dentro del rótulo: lucha contra la inseguridad.

Cierto que todo está relacionado:
1- La nueva Ley de entidades financieras y la reforma impositiva deberían ser modos de recaudación para...
2- La creación y protección del empleo, el ingreso universal a la niñez y la lucha contra la pobreza y el plan contra el hambre.
3- Esto ayudaría a combatir la inseguridad(desde un punto de vista de izquierda)
4- Para lograr lo que está en el segundo punto, además de los modos de recaudación sería necesario reformular el indec y el blanqueo de los trabajadores.
"Todo ello, dentro del rótulo: lucha contra la inseguridad", jaja, claro, así se le complicaría a la oposición poner excusas. Pero, por otro lado, todo en un mismo paquete sería aún más difícil de aprobar. Además, por más que las cosas esten relacionadas, ¿cómo se arma el "paquete"? Creo que lo más importante, con la repercución de la crisis bursátil, es la creación y protección del empleo, tal vez para esto lo fundamental, dado los márgenes acotados de acción que tiene el gobierno, sea una reforma política bastante poco convencional.
En realidad, no sé si tiene mucho sentido lo que dije(?). Saludos.
Esta bueno esto de rotularlo por el lado de la inseguridad, no solo porque puede pegar mas en la gilada sino porque la inseguridad esta instalada en la agenda como slogan (me ayudas?) y se la termina haciendo un cliche (que es el objetivo). La instalacion por parte de los medios de la pobreza es el cuento de la buena pipa: lamentablemente siempre va a haber pobres. Fijense que hablan de "pobreza" y no de distribucion del ingreso. Por otra lado hay que pensar que si las proximas medidas no estan dentro de un plan mas amplio los medios te las imponen como "revanchismo", ayer el campo hoy clarin (con los derechos humanos no podian decir mucho porque quedaba mal, aunque la nacion mando bocado..). Insisto que todos los temas deben ser planteados al modo de los foros, si la ley de medios se discutia solo en el congreso no hubiese tenido la repercusion que tuvo. Ademas puso en la mesa otros actores sociales que no hubiesen tenido espacio.

Pedro, no... lo de "lamentanblemente siempre va a haber pobres" no va. Mejor dicho: a mi no me va. Hay paises en los que no hay pobres, y hubo momentos de la historia argentina en que casi no los había. Lo lamentable de los medios de comunicación, es que enuncien a la pobreza como "un flagelo", mientras evitan hablar o mencionar LOS MEDIOS o la metodología necesaria para que tipo de objetivos (menos pobreza) sean posibles. Por ejemplo, el tema de la distribución de la riqueza. Todo muy lindo. Su indignación, etc. Pero ninguno de los indignados enuncia medios.
Pulgoso: si, sería preferible que no vaya todo como un paquete solo, sino proyectos separados. Mucho más facil de aprobar. Además, el Gobierno debe saber o presuponer que para mantener a flote su iniciativa, que mejor manera que darle rienda suelta al tipo de negociaciones que mermaron a partir de la apertura del debate por la ley de medios. Que cediendo un poco se puede ganar igual.
Pero el gobierno debería ceder frente a la sociedad: rotulando la discusión como "Lucha contra la inseguridad", que es lo que la clase media, alta, y tambien baja, quieren solucionar. Y todos creemos que, si bien lejana, existe relación de causalidad entre, por ejemplo, la ley de entidades financieras y la inseguridad (teniendo en cuenta lo que mencionás vos). Peeero... el debate o la propuesta no debe ser presentada como "nueva ley financiera", porque al 90% de la población no le importa nada de esto no le importa.
